Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and execution for critical mortgage servicing verticals such as collections, loss mitigation, or payments
• Develop and manage a cohesive product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Write clear, comprehensive PRDs and specifications to eliminate ambiguity for engineering teams
• Translate customer and user needs from internal servicing teams and external partners into technical requirements
• Manage timelines and dependencies, making decisive trade-offs between speed, scope, and technical quality
• Partner with Deployment Strategy and Product Operations to ensure successful product rollouts

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of shipping complex B2B software products from concept to production
• Experience with product roadmap management and stakeholder alignment
• Strong written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with engineering
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
• Willingness to learn the complex landscape of mortgage servicing, including foreclosure and litigation
