Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for Neo and Traba’s broader AI agent ecosystem
• Design and build customer-facing AI products that take meaningful action on behalf of users
• Partner directly with early design partners and customers to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas in close collaboration with product engineers and ML teams
• Design systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and maintain context
• Define evaluation systems, quality frameworks, and feedback loops to improve agent performance
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into scalable AI systems and clear product requirements

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience launching customer-facing AI agent products that execute meaningful actions
• Extensive 0-to-1 product development experience, including finding product-market fit
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner deeply with ML and engineering teams
• Experience working in customer-embedded environments or forward-deployed product motions
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native products, workflow automation, or applied ML systems
• Background in companies with customer-embedded cultures (e.g., Palantir, Sierra, Decagon)
• Coding experience or experience building prototypes and experimentation frameworks
• Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate technical and business constraints
