Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward the product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute work autonomously
• Partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams to write detailed requirements and define product behavior
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas through direct engagement with customers and design partners
• Define product evaluation systems and quality frameworks to improve agent reliability and performance
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer complex questions regarding system behavior and business impact

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record of launching AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
• Strong technical depth with the ability to work alongside ML engineers and reason through system tradeoffs
• Ability to read evaluations, understand model capabilities, and prototype ideas
• Experience operating in highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) and driving meaningful customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product development models
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on experience building with LLM ecosystems
