Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing strategies, business plans, product visions, and roadmaps for multiple product lines
• Manage the product life cycle from end users to providers
• Manage continuous development of existing systems and deployment of new products
• Coordinate projects by analyzing requirements, developing action plans, and ensuring stakeholder compliance
• Produce functional requirement specifications
• Utilize knowledge of benchmark research, UX/UI design, and technical design
• Design and coordinate user acceptance tests
• Monitor technological developments in the car-sharing sector to implement system improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or MIS
• At least 5 years of proven experience in product management, business analysis, or project management
• Ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Experience driving product development through all lifecycle phases
• Knowledge of mobile applications, web portals, and business process management platforms
• Experience with software, AI, and data-driven projects
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and Agile environments
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing methodologies with both outsourced and in-house teams
