Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate differentiated product strategies for SMB Wireline Connectivity portfolios, including pricing, bundling, and positioning.
• Manage the market performance of existing and new products with direct accountability for activation and growth metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and Planning to manage margins and support integrated customer solutions.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape analysis to recommend product repositioning or new offerings.
• Maintain a product roadmap and business requirements by anticipating market, regulatory, and technology trends.
• Drive timely resolution of production and service delivery issues across the value chain to improve time-to-market.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in IT or telecommunications services.
• University Degree or equivalent post-secondary education in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex pricing models and market response strategies.
• Deep knowledge of the SMB segment, including purchasing behaviors and connectivity needs.
• Experience with KPI and product performance management.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wireline Connectivity solutions.
• Understanding of the regulatory process within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong awareness of current technology trends and their influence on future SMB services.
