Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery of AEC platform requirements driven by OEM program teams
• Consolidate and prioritize platform asks across OEM programs with program leadership, managing tradeoffs and release scope
• Author high-quality PRDs covering scope, workflows, data contracts, acceptance criteria, and rollout
• Create and manage epics and stories in the tracking system
• Drive cross-team solution alignment and identify dependencies early to secure commitments
• Lead grooming sessions with engineering, QA, and TPMs to obtain estimates, sequencing, and risk tracking
• Track execution through release, escalate blockers, and maintain clear stakeholder communication
• Monitor post-release outcomes, triage issues versus enhancements, and feed learnings back into the roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS Product Management experience
• Strong PRD writing skills with the ability to design solutions that survive expert review
• Proven experience in executive stakeholder management
• Fluency in platform architecture
• Experience leading engineering grooming independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive retail or DMS experience
• Familiarity with OEM-dealer dynamics
• Exposure to Tekion AEC or comparable automotive enterprise platforms
