Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for key retail application initiatives, including core dealership workflows, usability, and process automation.
• Identify dealer pain points and translate them into clear product opportunities and high-impact solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable application experiences that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation to enable high-quality execution.
• Use qualitative feedback, product usage data, and business metrics to prioritize investments and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Go-to-Market, Support, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, workflow products, or retail/dealership software.
• Proven ability to own product features or modules end-to-end, from definition through launch.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to guide prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and make thoughtful trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive retail workflows (inventory management, sales, service, etc.).
• Experience working on workflow-heavy enterprise applications or operational tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product experiences, automation, or decision-support systems.
• Understanding of UX principles and design systems for complex enterprise applications.
