About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML-powered Service capabilities, including Scheduling, Repair Order Management, and Invoicing.
- Partner with ML/AI Engineers to identify, prioritize, and productize AI/ML use cases that deliver tangible value across the service value chain.
- Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Service workflows, aligned with company goals and dealer needs.
- Translate technical AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, workflow-embedded features for BDC Agents, Technicians, and Service Advisors.
- Drive adoption and efficiency gains for Service AI/ML products, maintaining accountability for usage and time savings.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform product decisions and model refinement.
- Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to ensure roadmap coherence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML product management experience (building ML-powered features and working with model lifecycles).
- Strong system design and product architecture skills to design scalable, extensible technical solutions.
- Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive service/aftermarket industry or with dealer/OEM service workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and model explainability.
- Background in operations research, process optimization, or workflow automation.
- Experience with platform integrations and API-driven ecosystems.
