Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for key retail application initiatives, including core dealership workflows, usability, and process automation.
• Identify dealer pain points and translate them into high-impact product opportunities and scalable solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver experiences that improve dealer productivity and operational efficiency.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to enable high-quality execution.
• Use qualitative feedback, product usage data, and business metrics to prioritize investments and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Go-to-Market, Support, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Contribute to long-term strategy by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong product sense and customer empathy with the ability to convert user pain points into practical solutions.
• Proven experience owning product features or modules end-to-end from definition through launch.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics and dashboards to guide decisions.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Technical fluency and the ability to understand system constraints and implementation considerations when working with engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive retail workflows such as inventory management, sales, service, or dealership operations.
• Experience working on workflow-heavy enterprise applications or operational tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product experiences, automation, or decision-support systems.
• Understanding of UX principles and design systems for complex enterprise applications.
