About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations
  • Coordinate work between product, UX design, technical, and analytics teams to drive execution
  • Develop overall program strategy, including mission, vision, and tenets, while aligning plans with senior leadership
  • Define objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified by key metrics and KPI reporting
  • Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to solve business problems and mitigate risks
  • Partner with business leaders and executive teams to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
  • Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce exposure to failure modes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field
