About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations
- Coordinate work between product, UX design, technical, and analytics teams to drive execution
- Develop overall program strategy, including mission, vision, and tenets, while aligning plans with senior leadership
- Define objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified by key metrics and KPI reporting
- Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to solve business problems and mitigate risks
- Partner with business leaders and executive teams to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce exposure to failure modes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field
