Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for merchant onboarding, configuration, and migration
• Build internal tools for Solutions, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams
• Drive the shift from hands-on processes to self-service workflows for merchants
• Design repeatable and scalable paths for migrations from legacy billing systems
• Define success metrics around time-to-value, onboarding effort, and self-service adoption
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, operationally complex problem spaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform/internal tools
• Experience owning onboarding, activation, configuration, or internal tooling products
• Proven ability to build products for internal operations or support teams
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into product roadmaps
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
