Senior Product Manager

About the Company

SynCred is building an AI-first CRM from the ground up to empower credit unions. We believe in providing intelligent, purpose-built technology that deepens member relationships and strengthens operational efficiency while preserving the human touch of community-focused financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from the ground up (0 to 1)
• Conduct deep research into credit union workflows and data challenges
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
• Partner with engineering and design to shepherd features from ideation to launch in an agile environment
• Drive the integration of AI and machine learning to create a predictive, automated CRM
• Define key success metrics and use data to prioritize the backlog and validate hypotheses
• Act as the primary advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of 0-to-1 software launches
• Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture and workflows (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Experience working on AI-powered features and collaborating with engineers on ML models
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the financial services or FinTech space
