Responsibilities

• Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel
• Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research
• Design and run a rigorous experimentation program including A/B testing
• Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features
• Partner with data science to build dashboards and define growth metrics
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation
• Proven track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with SQL or similar query languages
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels
• Experience running structured A/B testing programs
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Based in Berlin or another supported EU location
