Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for AI-decisioned, intelligent, scalable, adaptive systems, and automated tooling that determine listing eligibility
• Develop low-friction onboarding frameworks that expand marketplace liquidity and safety
• Translate ambiguous, systems-level challenges into actionable product strategies, experiments, and long-term architectures
• Take full ownership of systems, metrics, and initiatives within the Fulfillment product area
• Partner with engineering, data science, and operations to design and scale risk-informed workflows
• Use data to understand emerging patterns, measure system performance, and inform prioritization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in marketplaces, trust & safety, risk, or fulfillment
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces
• Strong analytical and technical fluency with data and experimentation
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling systems that influence marketplace dynamics
• Systems thinking mindset to understand complex ecosystem changes
