Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of foundational platform infrastructure, APIs, and machine learning capabilities that power fraud decisioning across the product suite.
• Own the Model Factory product, managing the end-to-end model lifecycle and ensuring seamless customer adoption of fraud intelligence.
• Manage and scale cross-fraud services, including name matching and address validation, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to architect reusable core components like Graph Intelligence and Signals.
• Apply structured product frameworks (RICE, Kano, JTBD) to drive data-based prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct customer discovery and feedback loops to validate hypotheses and translate technical insights into actionable value propositions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically focused on platform systems, infrastructure, or core services.
• Technical expertise in developing AI/ML-powered products, data platforms, or decisioning systems.
• Experience working in high-scale B2B API environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products end-to-end.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
• Must be located in one of our talent hubs: San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for fraud, identity verification, risk, cybersecurity, fintech, or payments.
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience building B2B self-service products for both end customers and internal users.
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services or government sectors.
