Senior Product Manager - SOC Agentic Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, construction, and evolution of the SOC Agentic Automation product lifecycle, from initial conception to production scaling.
• Develop the product strategy aligned with business objectives, cybersecurity trends, and AI capabilities.
• Define the end-to-end product architecture, ensuring integration between AI pipelines and cybersecurity tools like SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on technical feasibility, data dependencies, and business impact.
• Translate SOC operational needs into functional requirements, user flows, and automation workflows for triage, enrichment, and incident response.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, AI, design, legal, and sales to ensure robust product delivery.
• Define and track success metrics, including operational efficiency, manual work reduction, and product adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, cybersecurity, and digital solution development.
• Proven experience building and scaling digital cybersecurity products.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity stack, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP, IAM, and CNAPP.
• Solid knowledge of AI fundamentals and their practical application in cybersecurity use cases.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong ability to manage complex, ambiguous environments and lead multidisciplinary squads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within cybersecurity technology providers or product-centric companies.
• Technical certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP or CISA.
• Entrepreneurial experience or a track record of building products from the ground up.
