Senior Product Manager - SOC Agentic Automation

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the SOC Agentic Automation domain in alignment with the AI-Native SOC strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to production, managing multidisciplinary squads of engineering, AI, and design.
• Translate real-world SOC operational needs into prioritized use cases, product capabilities, and automation workflows.
• Write PRDs, define success criteria, and manage scope trade-offs to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Coordinate the functional evolution of AI agents and automations applied to triage, enrichment, classification, and analyst support.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including operational efficiency, manual work reduction, and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical leads to provide product context for architecture decisions regarding data pipelines, AI, and cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).

Requirements

• Proven experience in SOC operations (N1, N2, N3, or CSIRT) with a deep understanding of security workflows.
• Experience in security automation, including triage, enrichment, investigation, or response workflows.
• Strong background in digital product management, including roadmap development and delivering technical products.
• Solid knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, architectures, and operating models.
• Basic understanding of AI and data concepts applied to security (e.g., guardrails, observability, and evaluation).
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams regarding APIs, integrations, and pipelines.
• High level of proficiency in both Spanish and English for multinational collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MSSP environments or large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Transitioned from a practitioner role (e.g., SOC Analyst, Detection Engineer, or SecOps Engineer) to Product Management.
• Familiarity with SOAR, SIEM, EDR, and platforms such as Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or Fortinet.
• Experience with AI agents, copilots, or assisted operation workflows.
• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Technical certifications such as CISSP or CISA.
