Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build new product surfaces from scratch, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and mobile/iOS
• Define product strategy and execution for blank-page AI experiences
• Partner closely with engineering to reason through technical architecture, APIs, and agents
• Drive execution in ambiguous, early-stage product environments
• Expand enterprise adoption of CoWork across large organizations
• Engage directly with customers to translate user workflows into product features

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent technical experience
• Proven track record of building and shipping products with AI
• Technical depth with the ability to reason about systems, APIs, and agents
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias to action
• Strong product sense and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical/analytical field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering or deeply technical background
• Experience building agentic or LLM-powered products
• Personal side projects involving AI-driven problem solving
