Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own feature direction and alignment with broader company strategy and migration goals
• Balance technical constraints including data types, ETL pipelines, and post-migration validation
• Execute with transparency by helping engineering teams prioritize and explaining technical trade-offs
• Drive with an MVP mindset to quickly validate hypotheses and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Understand GTM and enablement pathways including Professional Services and GSI partner ecosystems
• Analyze usage and health metrics to drive data-driven decisions to reduce customer migration time
• Contribute to team culture through mentorship and participating in the PM interview process

Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise product management experience
• Proven track record of running features through the full product lifecycle
• Strong familiarity with data ecosystems including databases, SQL platforms, and ETL workloads
• Experience building or working with developer tools, APIs, or data platforms
• Practical exposure to or strong understanding of GenAI/LLM features such as code translation or developer co-pilots
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
