Senior Product Manager

Observe by Snowflake is an AI-powered observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. It ingests and stores logs, metrics, traces, and events on an open, scalable data lakehouse, providing automated workflows to help teams move from detection to resolution faster.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for core areas including Logs, Metrics, Traces, and Data Management
• Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate observability pain points into product requirements
• Partner with engineering, GTM, and Snowflake platform teams to execute quarterly plans
• Represent product in high-stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership
• Drive 0-to-1 and 1-to-N initiatives to turn emerging patterns into scalable product offerings

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts such as logs, metrics, traces, APM, and alerts
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards like OpenTelemetry and Iceberg
• Proven track record of shipping products in competitive enterprise markets
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML and agentic workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI SRE, AIOps, or agentic observability workflows
• Exposure to modern data ingestion and storage systems including Kafka, SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and open-source community dynamics
