Responsibilities
- Shape internal tools and platform capabilities powering support, payments, and operational teams
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Development and Product Design to deliver intuitive products and scalable capabilities
- Apply AI and automation to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort
- Translate user and operational needs into scalable platform capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building operational platforms and internal tools
- Strong systems thinking and product judgment
- Data-informed approach to product development
- Interest in applying AI and automation to operational workflows
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners
- Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry
