Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and ship end-to-end product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration
• Build products for mobile/field users who do not sit at desks
• Conduct field research by riding along on calls and sitting with managers onsite
• Integrate business context from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, and calendars
• Drive product evolution from providing insights to driving automated actions and behavior change
• Improve AI quality including accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, and latency

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management at a growth-stage company
• Proven ability to drive momentum through ambiguous problems
• Strong product judgment in messy, imperfect domains
• High bias to action and customer obsession
• Technical fluency to discuss model quality, latency, and integration tradeoffs
• Ability to think in systems and connect tactical fixes to long-term product vision
