Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing web and mobile applications
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and business case development to launch and optimization
• Drive the design of customer-centric experiences to increase engagement, loyalty participation, and retention
• Prioritize product features based on customer insights, analytics, and business objectives
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Own and monitor product KPIs including adoption, conversion, NPS, and loyalty performance metrics
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including backlog management and sprint prioritization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management roles
• Proven experience managing consumer-facing mobile and web applications
• Hands-on experience managing Loyalty Programs, CRM products, or rewards ecosystems
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in tools including Figma, Jira, Confluence, or Miro
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Retail, eCommerce, or FMCG sectors
• Knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation
• Proficiency in Arabic
