Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and carry the product vision and strategy for Mpleo, aligned with group strategy and target markets.
• Build, arbitrate, and manage the product roadmap.
• Lead Strategic Discovery to identify and evaluate market and user opportunities.
• Manage and develop a team of 4 Product Owners.
• Coordinate product topics between teams and plan releases.
• Define and monitor success metrics, usage, costs, and product ROI.
• Drive the integration of AI into both the product and team workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management for a B2B SaaS product (ideally complex or regulated sectors like HR, payroll, or finance).
• Experience managing a product team (Product Owners, PMs, etc.).
• Mastery of product discovery and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to build roadmaps and coordinate across squads.
• Capability to integrate AI into products and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a culture of measurement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management.
• Knowledge of HR or payroll industry challenges.
• Proficiency in Dutch (for the Belgian market).
