Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the gamified platform and define success metrics
• Progressively take ownership of the Merchant Ops product portfolio including onboarding and reporting
• Research and identify opportunities to grow engagement and loyalty across the Associate community
• Set the product roadmap and manage resource allocation
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
• Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance and shape investment
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and US-based stakeholders
• Manage the full product lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-launch analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of delivering products from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Experience partnering with business leaders to impact company-level metrics
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Experience working at a fast-growth startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering or computer science background
• Experience with gamification, loyalty, or community products
• Experience with mobile products or product growth
• Experience with data platforms, CRM-integrated systems, or B2B operational tools
• Experience in fintech, credit cards, or SaaS
