Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own problem statements end-to-end, from understanding user pain points to defining solutions and shipping features
• Analyze product metrics, user behavior, funnels, and experiments to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to execute product initiatives
• Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market studies to generate product insights
• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive product launches, monitor adoption, and iterate based on customer feedback and data

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, consulting, analytics, startups, software engineering, or design
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• High ownership and the ability to independently drive tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working with data and making data-informed decisions
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in a high-growth environment
