Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product area such as fuel cost optimization, fleet efficiency, or energy management.
• Translate operational data (telematics, fuel consumption, idling, routing) into actionable products that help customers reduce costs.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with fleet owners, fuel managers, and operations leaders to identify pain points.
• Prototype and design MVPs, including clickable flows and working demos, to pressure-test ideas before engineering commitment.
• Ship end-to-end experiences by partnering with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Define success metrics and drive a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration grounded in data.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Proven ability to both design/prototype products and drive cross-functional launches end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with data, including defining KPIs and working closely with data science teams.
• Strong customer research instincts and the ability to turn insights into product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, legal, and GTM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping products that rely on external partnerships, integrations, or third-party data.
• Domain expertise in fuel/energy, fleet management, fintech/payments, logistics, or electric vehicles.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered features.
