Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver foundational shared services that power the entire SailPoint product portfolio
• Partner closely with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering to refine requirements and deliver production-ready work
• Drive the development and release of new services from conception through the entire development lifecycle
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success and adoption of new deliverables against business goals
• Influence platform strategy and identify new solutions to shape the future of the SailPoint platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope work, understand impact, and gain consensus on product roadmaps

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product management role
• Proven track record of launching successful enterprise software products in collaboration with engineering teams
• Extensive experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products
• BA/BS in a business or technical field
• Strong understanding of web and micro-services technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to travel approximately 15%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience with open platform connectivity technologies
