Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own The Roku Channel roadmap for Roku OS end-to-end, defining vision across discovery, navigation, and engagement loops
• Identify friction in streaming journeys to balance viewer delight with business goals
• Prioritize high-ROI experiences using viewer insights, content strategy, and data
• Define KPIs and run experiments to drive engagement, retention, and monetization
• Partner with UX to design intuitive, high-performing, content-rich interfaces
• Lead execution with Engineering by translating strategy into crisp PRDs
• Operationalize programming and merchandising to translate content launches into scalable product patterns
• Collaborate with ML and Recommendations teams to balance editorial intent with personalization
• Monitor performance via dashboards and iterate post-launch to drive sustained KPI improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong background in streaming services (AVOD/SVOD/FAST)
• Proven success driving engagement and retention through discovery and merchandising
• Experience partnering with Content and Programming teams
• Experience collaborating with ML and recommendation systems
• Strong analytical skills including KPI definition and experimentation
• Excellent UX sensibility for content-rich UIs
• Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks
• Bachelor's degree required
• AI literacy and curiosity
