Senior Product Manager

Retell AI is reimagining the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, the company has scaled to $60M ARR and is building a modern CX platform where intelligent AI "workers" power entire contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation
• Develop deep customer understanding by reviewing call transcripts and engaging directly with users
• Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs to align engineering, design, and stakeholders
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate technical tradeoffs
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to reflect market insights in product priorities
• Partner with design to shape end-to-end user experiences
• Drive cross-functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives
• Validate solutions with customers early using prototypes and rapid iterations

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience building B2B or product-led growth (PLG) products
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity startup environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Founder-level ownership and bias toward action
• Highly organized and execution-oriented

• Experience working on AI products
