Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for Responsive AI, the foundation powering intelligent experiences across the platform
• Define and evolve the roadmap for AI orchestration, agentic workflows, and retrieval/knowledge systems
• Partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists to build core AI capabilities and infrastructure
• Drive product direction for Responsive Copilot (Ask), the primary AI orchestration experience
• Define success metrics to improve AI quality, reliability, performance, and governance
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership teams to balance scalability, trust, and cost
• Mentor and grow emerging AI PMs and product builders

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform products
• Experience working on AI/ML-powered products or platform capabilities
• Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering and ML teams
• Strong product judgment, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and ability to operate in ambiguous technical spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG, AI orchestration, search/retrieval, or evaluation systems
• Technical fluency with APIs, LLMs, vector databases, or AI infrastructure concepts
• Hands-on use of AI tools for research, prototyping, or product development
• Ability to prototype workflows or use AI-assisted coding tools independently
