Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for strategic initiatives in RunMyJobs, specifically focusing on hyperscaler automation for AWS and Azure.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact to deliver features that enable cloud migration at scale.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery using market research and data insights.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and model best practices in product craft.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure go-to-market readiness.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate use cases and shape product priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management with a proven record of delivery in enterprise software or cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to setting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead roadmap discussions with executives and influence stakeholders across an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in enterprise IT, workload automation, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
