Responsibilities

• Discover and define unmet user needs through extensive customer engagement
• Translate user requirements into a product roadmap in collaboration with technology and engineering teams
• Manage the full build-measure-learn product development lifecycle
• Lead agile development sprints
• Develop external partnerships to facilitate the full product vision
• Partner with the GM to develop business strategy for the product

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical product management roles
• 5+ years of direct experience in the CAD/CAM space
• Deep familiarity with CNC machining workflows
• Master's degree (non-technical) or Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• Ability to translate user needs into technical specifications
• Excellent executive communication and conflict resolution skills
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status required due to export control laws
• Willingness to travel domestically 10%–25%
