Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Rapsodo Golf software, aligning priorities with customer needs and business objectives
• Serve as the primary bridge between customers, Commercial teams and Engineering
• Conduct structured customer discovery and market research to synthesize insights into product requirements
• Build interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development tools
• Leverage AI throughout the product development lifecycle to improve research, analysis, and documentation
• Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work with Engineering to deliver releases
• Own product backlog prioritization across international Engineering teams
• Define, monitor and communicate product success through meaningful KPIs
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of the golf technology landscape

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for golf and strong working knowledge of the golf technology ecosystem
• Established network within the golf industry (coaches, facilities, retailers, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is advantageous
• Minimum five years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2B2C software environments
• At least two years of experience at a senior or management level
• Proven experience defining product strategy and driving execution through successful launches
• Experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and prioritizing sprint work
• Experience working with internationally distributed Engineering teams
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve product management efficiency
