Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, focusing on coaching and professional development.
• Own the P&L, pricing strategy, and OTB management to maximize sales and gross margin.
• Partner with the Design team to drive innovative product strategies and seasonal line plans.
• Build and execute high-impact assortments aligned with brand filters and consumer trends.
• Analyze weekly sales and product performance to optimize inventory and protect margins.
• Conduct competitive research to identify incremental growth opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to align assortments with brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar product management or merchandising role.
• Bachelor's or college degree in a related field.
• Proven expertise in OTB ownership and merchandise planning.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sigma and Momentis.
• Strong fashion sense and a sharp grasp of emerging market trends.
