Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the product portfolio by developing multi-product plans that support market and customer growth objectives
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps through deep understanding of market and customer requirements
• Lead the product/project plan through the Stage Gate Process, from Voice-of-the-Customer to product launch
• Research market opportunities and gaps using market intelligence to uncover new business drivers
• Develop product specifications and design targets in collaboration with engineering and customers
• Execute pricing strategies, including positioning, monetization, and competitor analysis
• Partner with global sales leadership to develop strategies, track progress, and provide sales enablement tools
• Perform competitor analysis including SWOT, pricing, and feature comparisons

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in business development, product management, or an equivalent role
• Proven leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Ability to influence in a matrix environment and lead teams without direct reporting lines
• Willingness to travel 20% to 40% as needed for market assessments and business planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the chemicals manufacturing industry
• Background in bulk liquid storage, fluid transport, or fluid distribution/retail
• Experience within the chemical, process, power, industrial, oil & gas, or industrial gas industries
