Senior Product Manager, Productivity & AI

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, tasks, and resource allocation for offshore teams
• Lead the relationship and roadmap with offshore teams to drive productivity
• Act as the Mexico single point of contact for worldwide tools to drive automation in Retail Operations
• Understand and challenge business metrics to drive productivity and scale
• Benchmark worldwide stores to implement best practices in the Mexico market
• Help Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists simplify workflows through scalable mechanisms

Requirements

• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Proven experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience serving as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
