Senior Product Manager, Power Train

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the PowerTrain portfolio, including new product introduction (NPDI), line extensions, and end-of-production planning.
• Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements through engagement with sales teams, consultants, and end users.
• Define voice-of-customer requirements and support business cases for new product developments and enhancements.
• Research market trends, competitor positioning, and demand drivers within the PowerTrain markets.
• Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage product line profitability, pricing guidance, and forecast assumptions.
• Support sales teams with technical positioning, product education, and competitive comparisons.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve lead times, availability, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or application engineering within power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution and controlling for critical infrastructure technologies.
• English Business Proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems such as CRM and planning tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and commercial actions.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
