Responsibilities

• Own your product area by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive execution by turning strategy into clearly scoped, well-prioritized work
• Use quantitative and qualitative signals to understand user behavior and identify high-leverage opportunities
• Partner with engineering and design from discovery through launch
• Communicate clearly across the company to keep stakeholders aligned
• Maintain a high standard for product quality and user experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a highly operational role
• Proven track record of shipping products with measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define success metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bias for action and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• High operational rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with prediction markets, DeFi, or blockchain-based products
• Experience at a high-growth startup
