Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure
• Use AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers
• Conduct customer research to understand workflows and identify needs
• Ship features rapidly and iterate based on real usage data
• Make company-level decisions regarding architecture, partnerships, and integrations
• Design scalable systems and patterns for other teams to leverage

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience building SaaS products
• High agency and a proactive mindset
• Builder mindset with a track record of shipping products
• Technical curiosity and understanding of systems
• Focus on speed and iterative learning
• Customer-obsessed approach to product development
• Excitement about using AI to enhance product workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0→1 products with real adoption
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or human-in-the-loop systems
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude or Cursor for prototyping
• Startup or founder experience
• Vertical SaaS or SMB product experience
• Technical ability to read/write Python, React, or SQL
