Senior Product Manager, Pleos Connect

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Pleos Connect and SDK from requirements through vehicle application
• Define scope, priorities, and execution plans for platform and SDK releases
• Track milestones, manage integration issues, and coordinate remediation schedules
• Align cross-functional teams including development, QA, platform, vehicle SW, and external partners
• Resolve dependencies and schedule conflicts across multiple organizations
• Support production-readiness decisions based on verification results and residual risk

Requirements

• 5+ years in PM/PMO/Product Manager or equivalent roles
• Software development experience or hands-on collaboration with engineering teams
• Understanding of OS, IVI, SDK/API, platform, or embedded software architecture
• Experience managing schedules and issues in multi-organizational projects
• Experience managing requirements, dependencies, and deployment status in complex systems
• Cross-functional communication and coordination skills
• Risk identification, impact analysis, and response strategy capabilities
• Clear and structured documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, IVI, connected car, or embedded systems
• Experience with SDK/API-based platforms or middleware
• OS or platform-level project management experience
• Experience with large-scale integration, release, and vehicle application processes
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
• Experience working with multiple vendors or external partners
