Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy for the Gym vertical, defining a clear vision and driving business-model discovery.
• Build for both sides of the marketplace by developing intuitive consumer products and effective operator tools.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize the product roadmap by balancing near-term wins with long-term strategic bets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and research teams to ensure high-quality execution and technical feasibility.
• Engage with senior leadership and external gym operator partners to align on vision and gather feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within 0→1 or new-business contexts.
• Proven track record of building high-quality products for both consumer-facing and B2B/operator-facing audiences.
• Deep experience with consumer mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including the ability to query data independently and design large-scale experiments.
• Experience working within agile, full-stack product teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence engineers, designers, and executives.
