Senior Product Manager, Platform

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the coach platform, including the backend and standalone coach-facing tools
• Partner with coaching ops to ship tooling that scales coach impact
• Define the platform/API layer, service contracts, and SLAs for downstream products
• Manage a full-stack product development team of engineers
• Author technical documentation including PRDs, API documentation, and GTM plans
• Make strategic tradeoffs between coach-facing product investment and platform/API work

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of experience on a platform, API, or infrastructure product
• Prior ownership of internal or operations-facing products
• Demonstrated fluency in the Claude Code ecosystem and modern AI tooling
• Experience translating frontline operator workflows into product features
• Strong ability to partner with engineering teams and drive agile development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building tools for clinicians, coaches, or agents
• Experience with calendaring, scheduling, and matching problem sets
• Technical fluency in reading code and designing APIs
• Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with PostHog or Mixpanel
• Proficiency with Linear, Notion, Figma, and Claude
