Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Rec (recreation.ai) is using AI to reimagine how the world plays, participates in community, and gets active. We sit at the intersection of a consumer product loved by everyday players and an enterprise platform trusted by the organizations that power recreation.

Responsibilities

• Own Rec's platform layer end-to-end, including payments, permissions, communications tools, SSO & identity, APIs & integrations, and reporting & analytics.
• Set the standard for enterprise-grade quality across design, engineering, and QA.
• Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand infrastructure needs and integration requirements.
• Design APIs and platform primitives for internal product teams and external developers.
• Identify opportunities to augment the platform layer with AI, such as smarter fraud detection and automated reconciliation.
• Translate complex technical tradeoffs into clear product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a PM, founder, or equivalent.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record of executing and shipping features under tight deadlines.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and integration of AI tools into workflows.
