Senior Product Manager, Platform Performance & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for platform performance and infrastructure, including query execution, compute, caching, and metadata services.
• Build and own the strategy for agent monitoring and platform observability, ensuring actionable insights for both engineering and enterprise customers.
• Partner closely with engineering to scope and ship improvements across latency, concurrency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Manage the full query lifecycle, balancing tradeoffs between performance, correctness, and cost.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate roadmap priorities and translate complex performance pain points into technical requirements.
• Identify and address platform gaps impacting high-concurrency workloads and large-scale enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, analytics, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of databases, distributed systems, query engines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical product roadmaps end-to-end.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to solve high-scale technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex backend concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with observability tooling, agent monitoring, or platform diagnostics.
• Experience with developer-facing products or API-driven platforms.
