Senior Product Manager, Platform

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Mixpanel’s enterprise management surface including RBAC, SSO, and audit logs
• Develop a principled view of platform security, compliance, and reliability
• Anticipate requirements from enterprise customers and internal security reviews
• Build business cases for platform investments and security work
• Establish operating cadence and governance across engineering tracks
• Partner with engineering leads to define clear APIs and authentication contracts
• Maintain measurement standards for platform health such as uptime and auth failure rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with identity, access management, or enterprise administration
• Track record of driving alignment across engineering, security, and GTM functions
• Experience building business cases for infrastructure or compliance investments
• Technical fluency in identity, auth, and security infrastructure
• Ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical audiences
• Active use of AI tools in product workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC) and passkeys/WebAuthn
• Experience navigating SOC 2, GDPR, or enterprise security reviews
• Experience at a company scaling from single-product to multi-product platforms
• Experience writing production-grade software or working with auth/identity APIs
