Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrity

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy and roadmap across Platform Integrity & Protection and Accounts
• Define and evolve Klaviyo’s account and organization model to support enterprise scale and complexity
• Lead initiatives focused on account security, authentication abuse prevention, and risk mitigation
• Partner with IAM to align authentication, authorization, and identity systems with account modeling
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to meet regulatory and enterprise requirements
• Align multiple engineering teams around shared data models, platform capabilities, and security posture
• Define and track metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and platform health
• Enable other product teams by building shared frameworks like permissions and settings systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or security domains
• Experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS
• Ability to operate in technical problem spaces and partner closely with engineering
• Experience driving cross-team alignment and influencing without direct authority
• Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategy
• Strong communication skills to articulate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems
• Familiarity with security, compliance, or abuse prevention
• Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments
• Experience building platform APIs or shared services
• Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional initiatives
