Senior Product Manager, Platform & Agentic Integrations

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Agentic Integrations, including public APIs, webhooks, and MCP capabilities
• Define platform primitives for third-party developers to hook into Dialpad events and manage AI Agents
• Lead product development for custom connectors and actions to enable automated workflows
• Build management experiences for connector discovery, testing, and observability
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship scalable platform capabilities
• Prioritize roadmap investments across platform improvements and ecosystem scale

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, developer products, APIs, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration architecture
• Experience building or scaling platform products for internal or external developers
• Ability to operate across strategic and deeply technical problem spaces
• Strong product judgment regarding usability and scalability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
