Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own significant product areas end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple initiatives
• Independently identify product opportunities through customer insights, data, and operational feedback
• Lead discovery, shaping, delivery, and post-launch iteration for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Write thoughtful product briefs to provide engineering and design with necessary context
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical operations, pharmacy, CX, and marketing
• Evolve internal operational tooling to improve scalability and efficiency across fulfillment and support
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance and validate hypotheses
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across patient experiences and internal workflows

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex product areas from strategy through execution
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Exceptional systems thinking regarding workflows, operational complexity, and scalability
• Experience building or improving operationally complex products or internal tooling
• Strong written communication skills for producing concise, thoughtful documentation
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs
• Data fluency to define success metrics and use evidence to inform decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Shape Up, JTBD, or similar pragmatic product frameworks
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or logistics environments
• Experience working in trust-sensitive or operationally intensive industries
