Senior Product Manager, Payments

Our mission is to make high-quality early childhood education accessible to all by empowering childcare providers with tools and support while helping parents find quality learning environments. We are building a category-defining platform at the intersection of marketplace, SaaS, and public sector systems, backed by a16z, Goldman Sachs, and First Round.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments product roadmap including banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and our billing platform
• Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from many legacy system integrations
• Work hands-on with fintech partners to own the integration and reconciliation/tracking layer
• Spend significant time with customers to understand money movement and pain points
• Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate
• Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services
• Own metrics end to end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager with a strong payments background
• Exceptionally high attention to detail
• Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards
• Ability to work in our San Francisco office five to six days a week
• Bias toward action and ability to work independently using AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech industry experience
• Strong finance background
